Structure of ownership

Wenmec AB is a subsidiary company completely owned by Vänern Industri AB. Vänern Industri AB is owned 50% by Örgryte Industri AB (Bjarne Holmqvist) and 50% by Lyckes Holding AB (Jaspal Åberg).

Our production facilities

We have approximately 10 000 m2 of production facilities. The main area is situated in Kil, one assembly hall is located in Karlstad.
